Websites Plus provides a full range services for anything related to your website. This includes free, unlimited e-mail and phone support forever (not just 8 hours per year, like some!). We design, implement and maintain websites and provide limited support if you are having e-mail issues not related to your website.
Support is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have to provide this as the Internet does not take weekends off! You can contact us by phone between 6:00am and 4:30pm but if it is urgent then call us at any time. e-Mail support is available 24/7 and usually we respond within 1 hour.

Yes, we fully support any customisation work we do. Website work done by yourself or others is not covered for free but we will work to fix problems if they occur.
All our work is covered by our guarantee. Factors outside our control, such as Internet failures and ISP problems, cannot be considered our responsibility. Also not covered are problems arising from changing web standards, programming languages and the bugs and quirks that browsers can introduce.
Our servers are loacared in New Zealand. Everything is backed up daily and the backups held for 7 days so your website and website e-mail data is safe and can be recovered if it gets accidentally deleted.
Every website is different and so we work to price estimates and sometimes quotes. Depending on the functionality, size and many other factors, prices range from around $1,000 to well over $10,000 (+GST). Contact us for a price estimate!
Generally a website can be up and running in less than a month. If photos, graphics and text are supplied quickly then it might take just 10 days. If we need to source and produce everything ourselves then it will take longer (and cost more too!).
